Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate projects. Answer inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about properties. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly. Maintain and update the CRM with call logs, lead details, and follow-up status. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
