3. Maintain and update the database with student information and inquiry details.
4. Address and resolve queries or complaints professionally.
5. Follow up with potential students to convert inquiries into admissions.
6. Conduct satisfaction surveys to improve the admission ratio.
7. Oversee the admission process, including payment confirmation.
8. Meet or exceed admission targets within specified timelines.
