Tele Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our IndiaMART B2B online sales team. The role involves reaching out to business customers, explaining IndiaMART’s products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into paid subscriptions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers listed on IndiaMART.
• Explain IndiaMART’s paid services, subscription plans, and benefits to B2B clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
• Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and maintain strong client relations.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and feedback in CRM tools.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate & Post Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet browsing.
• Experience in B2B sales or IndiaMART processes is an advantage.
