Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, promote company products/services, generate leads, and assist in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Explain offerings clearly and professionally to prospects.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, challenges, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
