Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and promote our products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to convert calls into successful sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information or support as required.
• Maintain call records, leads, and customer details in the database.
• Follow up on leads through calls, messages, or emails.
• Schedule appointments or site visits for interested customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead management.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
• Language Skills: Fluent in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.).
• Good phone etiquette and convincing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
