Job Summary:

Pappu Furnishing is looking for a Supervisor to manage daily site operations, monitor the execution team, and maintain work quality for interior and modular kitchen projects. The candidate will ensure smooth workflow, track progress, and assist in delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise carpenters, electricians, painters, and other workers on site.
• Ensure execution follows design drawings and material specifications.
• Maintain quality checks at every stage of work.
• Monitor daily site progress and share updates with the Project Manager.
• Handle material inventory, delivery, and storage at site.
• Solve day-to-day on-site issues.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness at work location.
• Maintain daily work logs, attendance, and task sheets.
• Coordinate with vendors and workers for timely completion.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th / Diploma / ITI / Degree
• Experience: 1–3 years in interior site supervision
• Language: Tamil & basic English
• Strong knowledge of interior site work (carpentry, civil, modular fittings)
• Ability to manage workers and maintain discipline
• Basic computer/WhatsApp reporting skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
• Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
