We are dedicated to meeting the unique requirements of our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Dadri. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our investment products, and maintaining customer records. The individual will also be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met. Qualifications Proficient in making outbound calls and handling customer inquiries Experience in lead generation and scheduling appointments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of investment products such as property, mutual funds, insurance, and share trading Ability to maintain accurate customer records and follow up effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Prior experience in a similar role or in the financial services industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred Show more Show less
