Tele caller/ Inside Sales Executive

ey Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling and targeted outreach to U.S. clients.
• Create and optimize outbound email campaigns to drive lead conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify key segments and decision-makers.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and present suitable solutions.
• Clearly communicate Hexaview Tech’s offerings and value propositions.
• Qualify leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Handle objections effectively and follow up on leads promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead transitions.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, emails, and lead generation.

• Strong research skills using LinkedIn, databases, and reports.
• Experience with multi-touch outbound campaigns (email + calls).
• Proven success in cold calling and U.S. market lead conversion.
• Analytical mindset with experience in sales enablement tools.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in U.S. lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns (fresh grads with internships can apply).
• Proficiency in prospecting tools, CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, customer-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
