Job Description

Tele-Caller

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.

Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

Maintain records of calls, conversations, and customer details in the CRM.

Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate

Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telemarketer / Customer Support preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi/English (additional regional language is a plus).

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Location - Thane
