Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Research and develop quantitative trading strategies across asset classes, e.g., equities, futures, options, commodities, etc Use statistical analysis, machine learning, and other quantitative techniques to identify trading opportunities. Collaborate with manual traders to translate their expertise into algorithmic strategies. Backtesting and Validation: Design and implement backtesting frameworks to evaluate strategy performance. Conduct rigorous out-of-sample testing and stress testing to ensure robustness. Implementation and Deployment: Work with developers to build and optimize trading algorithms for live markets. Monitor and refine strategies in production to ensure optimal performance. Infrastructure Development: Help build the foundational infrastructure for quantitative research and trading, including data pipelines, research tools, and execution systems. Integrate with existing trading systems and workflows. Education and Collaboration: Educate and mentor the existing team on quantitative methods and algorithmic trading. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.

To expand our client base, we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Telecallers who can play a key role in opening Demat accounts through tele-sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of opening a Demat account. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into account openings. Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and account openings. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Experience: 01 year (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome) Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of financial products (Demat/Trading) will be an added advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
