Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Answer a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional manner.

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot problems with products or services.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the computer system (CRM/Dialer).
Follow communication guidelines and company procedures for handling calls.
Meet daily performance goals for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary.

Requirements:
Any Degree from the recognized university
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency with computers and data entry.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
