We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and receiving inbound inquiries with the goal of generating sales, setting appointments, or gathering relevant market information. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to present and explain the companys products or services.- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information, guidance, or solutions.
Required Skills:- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.- A positive attitude with patience and persistence in customer interactions.
