MedsBee is a specialized healthcare recruitment agency connecting qualified Doctors, Nurses, and Clinical Staff with leading hospitals, clinics, and corporate healthcare setups across India. As we scale our operations, we are looking for multiple dedicated Telecalling Executives to support our outreach, candidate coordination, and communication efforts.

Position:

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors, nurses, and medical professionals for job opportunities via our dedicated database.
• Explain available roles, gather candidate details, and shortlist profiles based on requirements.
• Maintain structured follow-ups to ensure candidate engagement and timely responses.
• Update candidate information, call status, and notes in CRM or internal tracking sheets.
• Ensure smooth communication and deliver a professional experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Prior experience in telecalling / recruitment / customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to speak confidently with healthcare professionals.
• Good phone etiquette, clarity.
• Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM/Google Sheets).
• Self-driven, disciplined, and reliable.
• Must be available to work 3 PM to 8 PM daily.
