About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Telecaller to support our U.S. operations. This role primarily involves continuous outbound dialing for list cleaning, verifying information, and maintaining accurate data.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls consistently as per assigned data
• Verify and update contact information accurately
• Maintain clean and updated records
• Follow calling scripts and internal processes
• Meet daily calling and data accuracy targets
• Coordinate with the internal team for updates and feedback

This is a calling-focused role, so comfort with high-volume dialing is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / outbound calling
• Good English communication skills (clarity > accent)
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Proactive, disciplined, and reliable
• Ability to stay focused and consistent during calling hours
• Basic computer knowledge (dialers, spreadsheets, CRM familiarity is a plus)
