Job Description

1. Job Purpose

The Telecaller is responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, conducting

follow-ups, and supporting clinic growth by converting leads into consultations while maintaining

ethical communication and patient confidentiality.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Call Handling

● Handle inbound calls professionally and promptly

● Make outbound calls for:

○ Appointment confirmations and reminders

○ Follow-ups on inquiries and missed calls

○ Post-treatment feedback

○ Package renewals and promotions

B. Appointment & Lead Management

● Understand patient concerns and suggest consultation with dermatologist

● Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately

● Update lead status in CRM or call register

● Coordinate appointment details with reception staff

C. Patient Communication

● Explain clinic services, doctors, and procedures in simple, non-medical language

● Address common patient objections politely and confidently

● Maintain empathetic, calm, and courteous communication

● Ensure high patient satisfaction through positive interactions

D. Documentation & Reporting

● Maintain accurate call logs and patient details

● Track follow-up schedules and call outcomes

● Submit daily call and conversion reports

E. Ethics, Privacy & Compliance

● Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

● Avoid providing medical advice or treatment guarantees

● Follow clinic policies, scripts, and SOPs

3. Skills & Competencies

Essential Skills

● Good verbal communication skills

● Basic computer and CRM knowledge

● Active listening and problem-solving abilities

● Polite, patient-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

● Experience in healthcare or clinic telecalling

● Multilingual communication skills

● Basic sales or customer service experience

4. Educational Qualification

● Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate

● Healthcare, Derma or customer service background preferred

5. Experience

● 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare setting

● Freshers with good communication skills may apply

6. Working Conditions

● Office-based role

● Use of phone, computer, and CRM software

● Shift timings as per clinic schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,775.67 - ₹25,000.00 per month
