Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about IELTS preparation and immigration services, and helping them with the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and clients to explain IELTS exam preparation services, immigration options, and packages.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services that align with their goals.
• Provide accurate information regarding visa processing, IELTS exam schedules, and other related services.
• Follow up with clients, address inquiries, and guide them through the registration and application process.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and any feedback.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, inquiries, and appointments.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
• Update and maintain customer database.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of 12th grade or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales in the IELTS or immigration industry is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain complex information in a simple way.
• Basic knowledge of IELTS and immigration processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Language: Fluency in [English/Other language based on region] is a must.
• Personality Traits: Enthusiastic, patient, goal-oriented, and empathetic.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
