Job Summary

The Telecaller – Financial Services will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers to promote and sell financial products such as loans, insurance policies, and investment bonds. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, explaining product features, generating leads, and supporting the sales closure process while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls related to loans, insurance, and bond products
• Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, premiums, tenure, and benefits clearly
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments
• Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM or internal systems
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with sales, documentation, and operations teams
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and data privacy norms
• Provide post-sales support and basic guidance on documentation and onboarding

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate / Graduate (Commerce, Business, or Finance preferred)
• Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, or financial products (training will be provided)
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage

Skills Required

• Strong verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
• Persuasive and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations positively
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
