Job Summary:
We're looking for a friendly and motivated Telecaller to join our team! You'll handle incoming calls, make outbound calls to customers, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or feedback
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases
- Update customer data in CRM
- Meet daily call targets and quality standards
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or telesales
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Fluent in Malayalam, English
