Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve collective sales targets.
Handle high-value or critical leads personally to close sales.
Plan daily calling strategies, allocate leads, and track progress.
Train new team members on sales scripts, objection handling, and conversion techniques.
Monitor call quality, provide feedback, and ensure professional communication standards.
Report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics to management.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with calling efforts.
Motivate the team with regular performance reviews, incentives, and coaching sessions.
Maintain discipline and ensure timely follow-ups on all leads in the pipeline.
Requirements
Qualification: Graduate preferred (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
Preferred Skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and motivate.
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, regional) are an added advantage.
Prior experience in B2C/B2B sales in [insert your industry – e.g., jewelry, luxury, consumer goods].
