Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Caller to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English, and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Roles and Responsibility

Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads and follow up on inquiries.
Explain products/services to clients over the phone and maintain records of calls and client information in CRM or Excel.
Schedule appointments and handle basic customer queries professionally.
Utilize telephone etiquette and multitasking skills to achieve targets efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: BA pass or Graduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasant personality and telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Experience in ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service is preferred.
Skills in Microsoft Excel, motivating skills, phone banking, outbound calling, marketing communication, domestic BPO, voice process, presentation skills, and BPO non-voice are advantageous.
