About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive user interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem (Redux/Context API).
• Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage and optimize database schema and operations in MongoDB.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in peer code reviews.
  

Front-end

Technical Skills Required :

• Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and state management (e.g., Redux).
  

Back-end

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and the Express.js framework.
  

Database

• Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose for data modeling.
  

Styling

• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Bootstrap).
  

Tools

• Proficient with Git, Webpack, and popular testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  

Deployment

• Basic understanding of deploying MERN applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku, Netlify).
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development, with a focus on the MERN stack
