Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technology Solutions Professional to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in developing lubricants, formulation chemistry, and exposure to lubricant additives.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new lubricant technologies to improve product performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and solutions.
Conduct testing and analysis of lubricant formulations to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in lubricant technology.
Lead projects from profile definition to commercial launch, including formulation finalization and roll-out support.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or Science (Chemistry or allied subjects).
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing lubricants, formulation chemistry, and exposure to lubricant additives.
Possess strong knowledge of lubricant technology, formulation development, and testing methods.
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to critically evaluate different solutions.
Ability to manage risk and drive product success is essential.
