Responsible for designing innovative solutions using the latest technologies, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance, collaborating on cross-functional projects, exploring new technologies, optimizing solution performance, mitigating risks, documenting designs, training users, and conducting market analysis to stay informed on emerging trends.

What your main responsibilities are

1. Part of the E xecutive Planning Office to support leadership in driving high-impact projects and delivering executive-level solutions.
2. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide expert guidance on potential KM solutions. 3. Act individually or collaborate in cross-functional project teams in the execution of projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful delivery. 4. Provide support in initiatives to explore and implement innovative technologies and practices that enhance the organization s solution offerings. 5. Continuously monitor, assess and optimize the performance of solutions, ensuring they meet or exceed business and stakeholder expectations. 6. Identify potential risks in solution design and implementation, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively. 7. Create detailed documentation and reports on solution designs, implementations, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing. 8. Provide training and support to end-users and team members to ensure successful adoption and utilization of implemented solutions. 9. Conduct market and industry analysis to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies that could impact solution development and delivery. Focus Areas :

• Design and develop executive presentations and impactful PowerPoint decks for leadership.
• Support large-scale, cross-functional project management initiatives.
• Organize, centralize, and manage content using Microsoft cloud services.
• Conduct independent research to help design innovative solutions.
• Use GenAI tools (e.g., Perplexity AI, Gemini, Sidekick) and other AI-based imaging, video, and presentation tools to enhance outputs.
• Prepare executive reports and communications with clarity and professionalism.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work efficiently under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, flexing your communication style to achieve results.
• Identify and suggest process improvements and contribute to building solutions from the ground up.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What we are looking for

• 0 3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, Project, SharePoint, Lists).
• Exposure to or interest in GenAI tools (Perplexity AI, Gemini, etc.) and other AI-based presentation/imaging solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in diverse teams.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
