Technology Practice Leader

Role Overview: As a Technology Practice Leader at our company, you will play a crucial role in enabling delivery scalability and leading the successful delivery of complex projects in the Application Performance Engineering, Application Performance Management, and Quality Assurance domain. You will be at the forefront of providing thought leadership and innovation to build a High-end Technology company that aims to be a Global leader in the P-A-S-S (performance, availability, scalability, and security) Assurance space. Your role will involve leading from the front, supporting the team, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful account entry and downstream business with new customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and successfully deliver new and complex projects, with a self-billing target of 50% - Deliver projects in Application Performance Engineering, Application Performance Management, and Quality Assurance domain - Support the team in successful project delivery and customer outcomes - Develop insights and implement leading edge solutions - Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and downstream business opportunities in each account - Scale a Technology Practice, including P&L responsibility - Build and deliver new solutions, improve project profitability, and enhance client relationships - Conduct workforce planning, optimize bench strength, and enhance team capabilities - Drive client relationship management, pre-sales, post-sales, and client delight - Grow the business through branding, thought leadership, and winning proposals - Deliver superior value in key accounts, improve profitability, and enable teams to deliver better value in projects - Foster innovation, create breakthrough ideas, and provide coaching and mentoring to the team Qualifications Required: - Deep experience in Application Performance Engineering, Application Performance Management, and Quality Assurance with a strong understanding of Java/J2EE technologies - Ability to define and realize end-to-end Technical Architecture for large-scale enterprise systems - Hands-on experience with cloud deployments on AWS or Azure and APM tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics - Expertise in performance optimization of J2EE systems on application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, and JBoss - Experience in creating technical documents, performance testing projects, and Big Data Analytics - Knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and Mongo DB - Exposure to Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration Tools, and excellent Program Management skills - Entrepreneurial mindset, consultative approach, and pre-sales experience - Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - High energy level, ability to work under pressure, and excellent relationship-building skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
