Job Title: L2 Application Support Engineer – GCP Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Bangalore Shift: Rotational & alternate Saturdays working (On SAT it will be WFH) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer with strong GCP knowledge to support cloud-based applications in a BFSI environment. Key Skills Required: Preferably worked on BFSI in earlier projects. Equipped with GCP Knowledge, Containerisation, Big Query, Kubernetes Workload Well versed on APM monitoring tools (preferably in DT),Ticketing tools like Snow, JIRA . Good Knowledge in SQL ITIL Skills especially on Major Incident, Problem and Change Management Willingness to Operate on Shift Basis
