Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring successful delivery and system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability.
- Monitor and analyze system performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Implement and optimize cloud platforms, particularly AWS, to enhance system capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and system security.
- Utilize containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker for efficient deployment.
- Employ modern monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog for observability.
- Conduct service-level management, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Foster strong leadership and team collaboration to achieve project goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and analysis.
- Experience with AWS cloud platform and related technologies.
