Maintain and update the global career framework in Workday, including job profiles, levels, families, and salary ranges.
Partner with HR, Compensation, and Talent teams to document and implement new/updated roles.
Configure, test, and validate changes within Workday Advanced Compensation, including salary structures, merit cycles, bonus plans, and ranges.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure system integrity and compliance with governance.
Support reward cycles by preparing, validating, and publishing compensation data.
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for career framework and compensation needs.
Provide consultation on compensation policies, job architecture, and regional requirements for the U. S. and India.
Collaborate with HRIS colleagues to implement new functionality, system upgrades, and integrations.
Respond to inquiries on compensation structure and job framework
