Technology Lead

As the Tech Lead at MAVIP Group, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the technology function by leading the design, development, and deployment of platforms, applications, and digital tools that power both internal operations and client-facing solutions. You will be required to have deep experience across traditional and modern tech stacks, building scalable web and app infrastructures while also architecting AI, ML, and blockchain-powered platforms for future endeavors. Your role will involve strategic technical leadership and product-building capability, leading projects end-to-end from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of MAVIP Group's core technology ecosystem, including internal tools, client portals, and SaaS platforms. - Architect and build digital products for MAVIP Group's proprietary ventures like identity verification systems, AI-driven dashboards, and engagement platforms. - Oversee tech infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency across all systems and environments. - Lead and mentor a growing team of developers, designers, and tech partners to ensure high-quality output and delivery timelines. - Collaborate with business, creative, and research teams to translate GTM needs into technically executable, innovative solutions. - Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Blockchain, Data Analytics, and Cloud-native architectures to strengthen MAVIP Group's innovation roadmap. - Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and deployment schedules for tech-enabled client programs. - Maintain documentation, coding standards, and version control best practices across all projects. Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership. - Proven expertise in full-stack development using modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, Python, Django, or Laravel. - Experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS/Azure and DevOps practices. - Strong understanding of AI/ML model integration, API design, and data-driven platforms. - Exposure to blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or decentralized app (dApp) architectures preferred. - Familiarity with mobile app development for iOS and Android, and cross-platform tools like Flutter and React Native. - Strategic mindset with hands-on coding capability and comfort in fast-moving, multidisciplinary environments. - Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
