Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.- Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
