Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Deployment Architecture IBM BAW React Js Java Rest API Javascript XML and Web Services. Experience in the Online Banking domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to innovative solutions and drive technological advancements in our projects. REACT & Microservice are nice to have skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable deployment architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate IBM BAW solutions ensuring seamless workflow automation.
Develop and maintain robust applications using React Js ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Utilize Java to build efficient reliable and maintainable backend systems that support business processes.
Implement Rest API services to facilitate communication between different software components and systems.
Write clean efficient and well-documented Javascript code to enhance user interfaces and application functionality.
Leverage XML for data interchange and configuration ensuring compatibility across various platforms.
Develop and consume web services to enable interoperability and data exchange between applications.
Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve performance scalability and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure that all solutions adhere to security standards and best practices safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of deployment architecture principles and best practices.
Demonstrate proficiency in IBM BAW with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Exhibit expertise in React Js with a focus on building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Have extensive experience in Java development with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
Show proficiency in Rest API design and implementation ensuring seamless integration between systems.
Be skilled in Javascript with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
Have experience working with XML for data interchange and configuration.
Be knowledgeable in web services development and consumption.
Experience in the Online Banking domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
