Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI and extensive experience with PEGA technologies including PEGA Upgrade Frameworks and Next Best Action Marketing. This role requires a deep understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance to drive innovative solutions and enhance our business processes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced technology solutions using PEGA platforms to optimize business processes in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and upgrade PEGA applications ensuring seamless integration and enhanced user experience.
Utilize Generative AI to innovate and improve decision-making processes within the PEGA Decision Hub.
Lead the development of PEGA Next Best Action Marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee the implementation of PEGA Case Management solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Provide expertise in PEGA Reporting to deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Ensure the PEGA Platform is utilized effectively to meet business objectives and enhance operational capabilities.
Develop and maintain PEGA Data and Integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Enhance PEGA User Experience by designing intuitive interfaces and improving user interactions.
Support PEGA Mobility initiatives to enable access to applications on various devices enhancing flexibility and productivity.
Drive the adoption of PEGA Marketing solutions to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure PEGA applications align with business requirements and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all PEGA-related projects.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI and PEGA technologies including PEGA Upgrade and Frameworks.
Extensive experience in PEGA Next Best Action Marketing and Advisor.
Proficiency in PEGA Reporting Platform and Application Development.
Strong understanding of PEGA Data and Integration User Experience and Mobility.
Proven experience in PEGA Case Management and Marketing.
In-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work model.

Certifications Required

Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC)
