Summary:We are seeking a visionary Workday HCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions within Workday platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday''s architecture and emerging AI functionalities including Agentic AI to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the user experience. Roles & responsibilities:-Strategic Solution Design:Lead the design and architecture of complex Workday HCM solutions across various modules (Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.), with a specific focus on leveraging AI and ML capabilities. Supporting and designing integration of internal platforms and assets with Workday.-AI Implementation & Adoption:Prepare and execute AI implementation and adoption roadmaps, identifying high-impact use cases where AI can drive significant improvements in areas like talent intelligence, recruiting, and succession planning. Provide inputs on agentic/ Gen AI capabilities and roadmap native to Workday.-Workday AI Feature Implementation:Implement solutions that harness Workday''s specific Generative AI and ML capabilities, such as Workday Everywhere, Workday Illuminate, Skills Cloud, Talent Marketplace, and Career Hub.-Technical Expertise:Act as the primary subject matter expert for Workday''s technical and functional capabilities, developing complex integrations, reports, and dashboards using Workday Studio, EIBs, Report Writer, and APIs.-Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to align the Workday AI architecture with strategic organizational goals and compliance requirements.-Governance & Best Practices:Establish and enforce best practices for system configuration, data integrity, security, and the responsible use of AI within the platform.-Innovation & Research:Conduct continuous research and stay current with the latest advancements within Workday and the broader AI field, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement. -Data & Compliance:Ensure that AI models rely on effective data management and storage, prioritizing data privacy and compliance with regulations like GDPR.-Troubleshooting & Support:Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to resolve complex issues related to Workday and AI integrations. Skills:
-HR process expertise:Deep understanding of HR processes, HR data models, and enterprise HR workflows. Experience leading and working with multi-disciplinary technical teams on HR focused implementations and transformation.-Technical
Skills:Proficiency in Workday integration and reporting tools is generally required, along with AI architecture knowledge.-Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles.-Experience in developing and implementing technology roadmaps.-Leadership:Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:-The candidate should typically have 10-12 years in HCM technology, with at least 5-7 years in Workday, including experience with multiple large-scale implementations and deploying HR AI solutions.-Education:Bachelor??s/Master??s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
