Summary:As a Technical Architect, you will serve as the end-to-end technology leader across cloud, applications, integrations, and HR technology ecosystems. You will design scalable and secure architectures that power mission-critical systems for global clients. Your multidisciplinary experience??spanning .NET, Azure/GCP, microservices, HCM platforms, API integration, AI platforms, and enterprise operations??will enable you to architect holistic solutions across IT and HR landscapes. This role requires an architect who can bridge technology, business processes, HR systems, and AI platforms in large digital transformation programs.Roles & Responsibilities:-Technical Architecture & Design :(1) Lead end-to-end architecture for large transformation programs across applications, cloud, data, HR systems, and integrations.(2) Develop / Reuse reference architectures, solution blueprints, integration patterns, workflow designs, and security models. (3) Ensure solutions meet NFRs:performance, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and security. (4) Govern architectural compliance, conduct design reviews, and ensure engineering teams follow standards.-Cloud Architecture (Azure / GCP / AWS) :(1) Architect cloud-native solutions using PaaS, containers, serverless, API gateways, and event-driven components. (2) Deep experience across:Azure App Services, AKS, API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus, GCP Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions. (3) Define cloud migration strategies, modernization journeys, and multi-cloud patterns.-Application & Integration Architecture (.NET + Microservices):(1) Architect and design .NET 6+/Core applications, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.(2) Apply DDD, Clean Architecture, asynchronous messaging, caching, API security, and resilience patterns.(3) Design scalable integration ecosystems using API Management, ESB, iPaaS (Mulesoft/Boomi), Event Streaming (Kafka / Event Hub / Pub/Sub). (4) Establish standards for API governance, versioning, throttling, and security.-HR Technology & HCM Architecture:(1) Architect integrations and solutions for enterprise HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM. (2) Deep technical experience with HCM platform tools like Workday & SuccessFactors (3) Implement HR data models, position management, job catalogs, talent pipelines, payroll integrations, workforce workflows.(4) Map HR processes to system architecture. (5)Design secure employee data flows and ensure compliance (PII, GDPR, SOC2).-AI, Automation & HR Analytics Architecture:(1) Architect AI-driven solutions for HR transformation, including Workforce analytics, attrition prediction, succession planning, AI-powered HR chatbots, employee self-service automation, Intelligent document processing and employee lifecycle automation. (2) Integrate generative AI into HR workflows (LLMs, embeddings, prompt orchestration).(3) Define data strategy for HR analytics, HR data lakes, and unified talent intelligence platforms.-ITSM & Enterprise Operations Architecture:(1) Integrate ITSM/ticketing platforms into IT & HR workflows, including ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira Service Management.(2) Design automation workflows, service orchestration, incident routing bots, and API integrations.(3) Build connected service platforms across IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, and Security-DevOps, Security & Engineering Excellence:(1) Define CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, automated deployments, IaC (ARM, Terraform). (2) Advocate best practices for DevSecOps, identity management, API security, zero trust, secret management.(3) Implement strategies for observability:logging, tracing, metrics, telemetry, and SRE standards.-Client Engagement & Technical Leadership:(1) Act as the technical SME and trusted advisor for clients and internal stakeholders.(2) Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language. (3) Support pre-sales, RFP solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture governance.(4) Mentor engineering teams and drive culture of innovation and continuous learning.-Innovation, Thought Leadership & Cross-Domain Expertise:(1) Evaluate emerging tech in AI, cloud, HR tech, and automation and guide adoption.(2) Run POCs in AI agents, modern app frameworks, workflow automation, and integrations.(3) Contribute to practice assets, reusable accelerators, architecture frameworks, and best practices.Professional & Technical skills:-Strong hands-on experience in (1) .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, Microservices Azure/GCP cloud architecture (2) API and integration architecture (3) HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)-Deep understanding of HR processes, HR data models, and enterprise HR workflows.-Strong knowledge of zero-trust security, OAuth2/OIDC, SSO, PII protection, and IAM.-Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.-Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI).-Experience in consulting delivery and client-facing technical leadership.-Familiarity with TOGAF, SAFE, DDD, and architecture governance frameworks
