Role Summary

This is a hands-on, independent role ideal for someone with an analytical mindset and strong full-stack technical skills. You will help us design and implement modern digital workflows using AI models such as OpenAI’s GPT and Anthropic Claude, automate tasks using n8n, integrate APIs, and develop internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver automation and AI-powered solutions to modernise logistics operations.

Design and implement integrations using RESTful APIs, JSON, and low-code tools like n8n.

Develop full-stack applications and dashboards using modern development frameworks.

Integrate and fine-tune AI models (e.g. GPT, Claude) to solve real-world business challenges.

Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) and similar frameworks to structure AI interactions effectively.

Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly tech solutions.

Manage and document data flows using JSON, API specifications, and schema definitions.

Collaborate remotely across teams using tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.

Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment, working autonomously and delivering on time.

Work in an agile development environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Skills & Experience

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a technical, analytical, or scientific discipline.

Strong experience in Python and general full-stack web development.

Understanding of and experience with REST APIs, API authentication, and integration flows.

Proficient in JSON data structures and API payload management.

Hands-on experience with n8n, or similar low-code workflow automation tools.

Solid understanding of AI language models (e.g. GPT, Claude) and structured AI prompt development.

Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) or Microsoft Office suite.

Previous experience working in an agile software development environment.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and focused on results and delivery.

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or other model structuring frameworks.

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations environments.

Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g. Git).

Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Good design instincts for UI/UX when building internal tools or dashboards.
