We are hiring for Techno Marketing - Underwriter - Corporate Relation

Experience - 1 to 3 years

Job Description:

• Underwriting & Risk Assessment:

• Assess risk for group and corporate insurance proposals.

• Review applications, financials, claims history, and other underwriting data to determine risk acceptability.

• Recommend appropriate premiums, coverage terms, and policy conditions. • Sales Collaboration:

• Work closely with corporate sales teams to understand client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.

• Assist in proposal structuring and presentation for large or complex accounts.

• Support business development initiatives by providing technical underwriting inputs.

• Client Engagement:

• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and discussions on underwriting decisions.

• Educate clients and intermediaries about underwriting criteria and decisions.

• Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain detailed records of underwriting decisions and justifications.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Track portfolio performance, loss ratios, and renewal trends.

• Recommend corrective actions on high-risk accounts or portfolios

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and risk evaluation skills

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Business acumen and understanding of corporate client needs

• Team collaboration and relationship management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, underwriting software,
