Vice President - Agency Channel

We are looking for candidates having experience in General Insurance (Motor Insurance - Agency Channel) Experience - 7 to 15 years Location - Indore, Madhya Pradesh Qualification - Graduate must Requirement: 1. Driving profitable Retail business through POS/Agents at various locations 2. Handling team of Agency managers in various locations in India 3. Planning & managing lucrative Agents schemes to drive Retail business. 4. Identify sources for adding New POS, driving team to add new POS and generate business through POS. 5. Managing all the branch staff sales and services related issues 6. Recruit, mentor and train insurance advisors through team. 7. Building relationship with stakeholders (Dealership, Agents & Insurance Companies) for sales & Services. 8. Adding new locations & new team members to drive Retail Motor & Mediclaim business. 9. Set and drive insurance targets Agency Manager wise. 10. Ensure proper Product mix in Motor, Non Motor & Mediclaim line of business.
