Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 6–10 Years Location: New Delhi (Onsite) About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in IT/Consulting, particularly in government and education sector projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system assessment, gap analysis, DPR preparation, proposal writing, and stakeholder management. This role requires a balance of analytical skills, domain knowledge, and client engagement capabilities to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct As-Is/To-Be studies, gap analysis, and system assessments. Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), proposals, and presentations for stakeholders. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to validate findings and integrate feedback. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, reviewing their work outputs. Manage cross-functional engagement for smooth execution of projects. Ensure clear documentation and effective communication of findings. Work closely on government projects, with a focus on educational technologies. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s/certifications preferred). 6–10 years of consulting experience in IT/government projects. Proven track record in proposal writing, DPR preparation, and project reporting. Strong knowledge of educational sector technologies and government initiatives. Hands-on experience with Central/State Government projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work onsite in New Delhi, with flexibility to meet project requirements.
