Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  As-Is/To-Be studies

  , gap analysis, and system assessments.
• Prepare

  Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), proposals, and presentations

  for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with

  senior stakeholders

  to validate findings and integrate feedback.
• Provide

  mentorship and guidance

  to junior team members, reviewing their work outputs.
• Manage

  cross-functional engagement

  for smooth execution of projects.
• Ensure

  clear documentation and effective communication

  of findings.
• Work closely on

  government projects

  , with a focus on educational technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  IT, Computer Science, or related fields

  (Master’s/certifications preferred).

• 6–10 years of consulting experience

  in IT/government projects.
• Proven track record in

  proposal writing, DPR preparation, and project reporting

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  educational sector technologies

  and government initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with

  Central/State Government projects

  .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  (written & verbal).
• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and documentation

  abilities.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office tools

  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work

  onsite in New Delhi
