Job Description

You are looking for a Techno-Commercial Engineer to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical engineering processes and commercial sales activities. As a Techno-Commercial Engineer, you will be responsible for managing technical sales, creating proposals, liaising with clients, and offering technical solutions. Your strong background in engineering, complemented by business acumen, sales expertise, and customer relationship skills, will be essential for excelling in this role. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise and support throughout pre-sales and post-sales activities, preparing technical documentation, product specifications, and user manuals. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify technical solutions for customer needs, prepare technical proposals, tenders, and cost estimations. Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, you will address technical inquiries, provide project updates, and engage in negotiations. Your role will also involve overseeing the technical aspects of projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely product or service delivery. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify trends and emerging technologies, while building and maintaining client relationships. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in BE, Diploma, or BSc in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Power Electronics. Your competencies should include the ability to manage a team of Sales Engineers and assistants, handle dealer sales nationwide, possess basic product knowledge, demonstrate strong management skills, guide and motivate the sales team, monitor prices, and maintain positive customer relations with channel partners and dealers across India. Ideally, you should have 1-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, falling under the category of Inside sales.
