About the Role:

We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Engineer with expertise in Cimatron CAM to support our manufacturing customers in Mold, die, and CNC machining domains. The role combines technical proficiency in CAM programming with commercial acumen to drive solution adoption, support pre-sales, and deliver customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a primary technical and commercial contact for Cimatron CAM solutions.

· Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients.

· Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI justifications.

· Support the sales team by identifying customer requirements and proposing tailored CAM solutions.

· Provide application support and training on Cimatron CAM for customer’s post-purchase.

· Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

· Stay updated with industry trends in CAM, Mold & die, and CNC machining.

· Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and strategy building.

· Participate in negotiations and help close business deals.

· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent). Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· 3–5 years of experience in CAM programming / CAD-CAM applications, preferably with

Cimatron CAM. (7 to 9 Years of Experience for Diploma candidates)

· Strong understanding of Mold, die, and CNC machining processes.

· Hands-on experience in toolpath creation, optimization, and post-processor handling.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer interactions.

· Ability to prepare and deliver technical + financial proposals.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred (Good to Have):

· Experience in pre-sales, technical support, or training for CAD/CAM software.

· Exposure to manufacturing cost estimation, quotation preparation, and project handling.

· Knowledge of other CAM tools (e.g., Mastercam, NX CAM, Power Mill) for competitive positioning.

· Willingness to travel for customer visits, events, and technical support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
