We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.Global Operations: As a Technician, Applications, you will play a critical role in supporting our Ice Cream and Dairy category through hands-on laboratory work, trials, and analysis. The role is based in on-site Gurugram,India, your contributions will directly impact product quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, helping us defend an existing $17M ice cream business and unlock new opportunities.

Where You Will Make a Difference

• Conduct standardized laboratory tests and trials for ice cream and dairy products.
• Operate dairy-related processing and analytical equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Perform sensory evaluations and set parameters for product quality.
• Maintain lab discipline, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Support innovation initiatives to develop breakthrough technologies and expand market share.
  

What Makes The Right Fit

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Biotechnology.
• Experience: 1–3 years in dairy or food categories.
• Strong technical skills in lab operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and categories (dairy, bakery, beverage).
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to organizational ethics, integrity, and continuous learning.
