Job Description:

• Develop, write, and maintain clear and concise technical documentation (user manuals, API guides, system documentation, SOPs, etc.)

• Structure content using XML and DITA standards

• Create and manage modular content using a Component Content Management System (CCMS)

• Collaborate with engineers, developers, product managers, and QA teams to gather information and understand technical concepts

• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with style guidelines

• Publish content using tools like Adobe Experience Manager, FrameMaker, and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Perform regular XML validation and quality checks

• Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and usability studies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Writer or Information Developer in a technology-driven environment

• Strong knowledge of markup languages, especially:

◦ XML (including structure and validation)

◦ DITA (preferred)

• Solid understanding of technical documentation principles and structured writing

• Familiarity with content modeling and reusable documentation components

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Markdown

• Experience with:

◦ CCMS platforms

◦ Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

◦ Adobe FrameMaker

◦ Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
