Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Writer with a strong background in electronics, instrumentation, or CAD software to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or a related field, and have 2–4 years of professional experience in relevant domains. The role involves translating complex engineering concepts into clear, user-friendly content such as manuals, guides, brochures, and knowledge bases, while collaborating closely with R&D, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation:

User manuals
Brochures and website content
Installation guides
Marketing brochures
Maintenance procedures
Knowledge base and FAQs
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), R&D, and product teams to gather information and understand technical details.
Create illustrations, flowcharts, and diagrams to complement technical content.
Document CAD workflows, tool usage, and design processes in alignment with product updates.
Ensure documentation complies with industry standards (ISO/IEC, ANSI, IEEE) and organisational style guides.
Conduct peer reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Create videos, host webinars and do presentations.

Requirements

Understanding of physics, mathematics, electronic systems, instrumentation devices, and engineering principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to simplify complex information and present it logically.
Team collaboration.
Presentation skills.
