We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to join our Uniframe team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, catalogs, fabrication manuals, and rule books.

Responsibilities:

Document Creation:

* Develop comprehensive user manuals for our range of aluminum door and window profiles, covering installation, operation, and maintenance procedures.

* Create detailed catalogs showcasing our product range, including technical specifications, dimensions, and material information.

* Prepare fabrication manuals outlining the step-by-step process for fabricating our products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

* Develop rule books defining standards, guidelines, and best practices for product design, manufacturing, and installation.

Technical Writing:

* Write clear and concise technical content, avoiding industry jargon and complex terminology.

* Use appropriate visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations, to enhance document clarity.

* Ensure consistency in style, format, and terminology across all documentation.

Document Review and Update:

* Regularly review and update existing documentation to reflect product changes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure documentation accuracy.

* Address feedback and suggestions from internal and external stakeholders to improve documentation quality.

Presentation and Training:

* Prepare presentations to effectively communicate technical information to architects, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.

* Conduct training sessions to educate customers and partners on product usage, installation, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.

* Strong technical writing and communication skills.
