We're hiring: Technical Writer – Enterprise Software We are looking for a technical writer and instructional designer with a strong background in enterprise software . Are you great at making complex tech easy to understand? We're looking for a Technical Writer with a strong background in enterprise software to help us craft clear, user-friendly documentation that empowers our users and supports our product teams. You must also be adept at creating instructional design for course material. What you’ll do: Create and maintain high-quality user guides, and technical documentation for enterprise software products Create compelling videos and course material for learning Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer teams to gather information and align on documentation needs What you bring: Experience writing for enterprise software or SaaS platforms Strong communication skills – written and verbal Ability to grasp and explain complex workflows clearly A collaborative mindset and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field Experience with documentation and ID tools
