We're hiring: Technical Writer – Enterprise Software

We are looking for a technical writer and instructional designer with a strong background in enterprise software

Are you great at making complex tech easy to understand? We're looking for a Technical Writer with a strong background in enterprise software to help us craft clear, user-friendly documentation that empowers our users and supports our product teams. You must also be adept at creating instructional design for course material.

What you’ll do:

• Create and maintain high-quality user guides, and technical documentation for enterprise software products
• Create compelling videos and course material for learning
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer teams to gather information and align on documentation needs

What you bring:

• Experience writing for enterprise software or SaaS platforms
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to grasp and explain complex workflows clearly
• A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience with documentation and ID tools
