Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Product Management team to create comprehensive user documentation, manuals, and support materials for our Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing for SaaS products and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain user documentation, user manuals, and help guides for our EHR platform
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX teams to understand product features and functionality
• Develop onboarding materials, tutorials, and training resources for healthcare professionals
• Write and update API documentation, integration guides, and technical specifications
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product releases
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve documentation quality
• Maintain documentation standards and style guidelines across all materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or related field
• Proven experience writing technical documentation and user manuals for software products
• Prior experience working with a SaaS company and understanding of SaaS product documentation needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex technical information
• Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, GitBook, Notion, or similar platforms)
• Experience with content management systems and version control
• Healthcare or health technology industry experience and familiarity with EHR systems
• Client interaction experience and ability to work directly with end users
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows
• Experience with user experience (UX) writing and information architecture
• Familiarity with agile development processes
