Job Description

Role Purpose:

technical competency development programs

Key Responsibilities

A. Training Need Identification (TNI)

Conduct Training Need Analysis for
Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Production, Safety, ETP, Utility, MEP & Engineering teams
.
Coordinate with HODs to identify technical skill gaps (Operator Engineer Supervisor Manager level).
Map required competencies for each department and job role.

B. Technical Training Design & Development

Develop training modules on:

Solar cell manufacturing process
Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation basics
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Quality Control & Testing
EHS & safe operation
ISO/IATF/5S/Lean/Kaizen fundamentals

Create
SOP-based training
, video modules, on-the-job training (OJT) plans & handbooks.

C. Training Delivery

Conduct classroom, technical workshops, hands-on shopfloor sessions & OJT programs.
Run induction technical training for new joiners GETs, operators, trainees.
Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for supervisors & internal SMEs.
