Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, SFDC).
• Advocate and integrate AI-driven learning solutions to enhance training effectiveness.
• Develop competency frameworks and certification paths
• Craft and drive RoI-focused right-skilling programs and competency frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Monitor training impact using analytics and optimize programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into learning strategies.

Must-Have Skills

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• AI Advocacy: Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in learning and development.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Team Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively in team environments.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate training and L&D leadership roles.
• Exposure to AI-enabled learning platforms or digital adoption tools.
• OEM Certification will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.
