Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Chennai. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, conducting training sessions, and developing training materials. The role includes assessing trainees' progress and providing feedback, ensuring that training programs are effective and up-to-date. The Technical Trainer will also collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and improve the overall technical competency of the staff.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Training and Training & Development
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant certifications in Technical Training or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field
