Key Responsibilities:

Module Delivery:
Conduct specialized technical training for industries including
Chemicals, Pharma, Textile, Heavy Machineries, and Casting
.
Knowledge Transfer:
Simplify complex engineering processes and safety protocols for diverse workforces, ensuring 100% adoption of best practices.
Customization:
Tailor training content to meet specific plant requirements and industry-specific standards.

Candidate Profile:

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or relevant field) is highly preferred.
Experience:
Proven hands-on experience in manufacturing operations or industrial technical training.
Skills:
Exceptional knowledge delivery and communication skills; ability to engage both shop-floor workers and management teams.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the operational and safety nuances within the Gujarat industrial belt.
